November Master Class - Jocelyn Fulton

Jocelyn Fulton is the Procurement Policies & Training Manager for the Miami-Dade County, Strategic Procurement Department.  She is responsible for the daily management of the training team which provides training for employees and the vendor community via the County’s Procurement and Vendor Academies.  She has over 20 years in local government experience, including over 13 years in the County’s procurement organization, serving in various capacities and areas of increased responsibility. She serves as one of the lead instructors for the Procurement Department’s main internal certification program (dubbed MDC-CPP), and as a procurement mentor and coach for colleagues across the County.  Jocelyn holds a BBA degree from Florida International University and is a Florida Certified Contract Manager.
